9/23 Sengoku 10 - Fight Order

Friday 11 September 2009

Sengoku have made some big announcements today.

First of was the fight order for Sengoku 10, and it is a very good card. The addition of Hiroshi Izumi to this card should attract some main stream attention. But there are some very good fights on this card, standing out to me is the fight between Nick Thompson and Dan Hornbuckle, also the lightweight bettle between Kazunori Yokota and Ryan Schultz should make sure that this is an event worth the ticket prices.

Hiroshi Izumi gets to fight in the main event, he is takeing on the Kiwi Antz Nansen. The co-main event has been given to the heavyweights former EliteXC champion Antonio Silva is taking on "Big" Jim York.

In the opening fights we will see the winners of the Japanese and Korean "rookie" tournaments face eachother in 3 fights that should be very good. I hope we get to see them.

11. Light-Heavy: Hiroshi Izumi (debut) vs. Antz "notorious" Nansen
10. Heavy: Antonio Silva 12-1-0 vs. 11-2-0 "Big" Jim York

It says "Saitama Community Center", from what I can make out it is the Saitama Super-Arena.
