11/1 Sengoku - Josh Barnett Participating!

Sunday, 21 September 2008

Josh Barnett has confirmed today that he will be fighting in Sengoku's November 1 event. This event will also include the Lightweight GP semi-finals, so it should be a very good event!
*Small correction, it is Josh himself that is the source, not Sengoku. I would actually say that it is just as reliable.

This is great news. The japanese loves Barnett and the feeling is mutual. Besides, he can still fight at Sengoku (which has a TV deal now!) in Nov. and then Affliction in Jan.

That is how MMA should be done.
Allow the fighters to fight the best wherever they can. That is what it should be all about. Not allegiance to the promoter of the moment.

Go to Youtube and find his 4 part interview with TAGG Radio.
Excellent.

Was it your site that was reporting that both the Lightweight and Middleweight Grand Prix final-fours would be on November 1st?

I am very interested in figuring this out.

Dont know if I reported it, but it is correct. This event will also have the Middleweights.
