Results of Poll - Best Fight and Event of 2008

2008 was a really exciting year, and trying to capture everything in a couple of polls is just impossible.

But a couple of things are clear. The fight between Eddie Alvarez and Joachim Hansen in DREAM 3 is the clear winner as the best fight, receiving 61% of the votes. I couldnt agree more, even though there were many fights that were great this year, it really stood out for me.

The poll for best event also went to DREAM. DREAM 5 took top honors receiving 46% of the votes, and it is hard to beat the drama of that night.

I do realize that Sengoku was underrepresented, but for me, their best event was without a doubt Sengoku 6, which got 12%. They got better and better as the year passed, and I think 2009 should be an even better year for them!
